Reference Chart - Nomad 9
Note 1: Nomad Defense recommends using a newer Gen4-5 locking block. However, any New G19 locking block will work regardless of generation. The G19 locking block has changed over the years.Any locking block from a modern Gen3-5 G19 (post-2010) should work well in your Nomad 9 frame.
Note 2: Gen5 G19 trigger spring assembly must be used in conjunction with a Gen5 G19 trigger bar and Gen5 G19 trigger housing. The Gen5 trigger system will work well in Nomad 9 Frames when run as a complete system.
Note 3: All modern G19 magazines are compatible with Nomad 9 frames, regardless of generation. Gen3 G19 magazines that were released prior to Gen4 (2010) will not be compatible with the Gen4-5 ambi mag catch.

Note 1: It is critical that a Gen5 G17 locking block is installed. This is due to the barrel, slide lock, and locking block interface in Gen5 G17 frames. A Gen4 or Gen5 G19 locking block may be used as well. DO NOT attempt to use a Gen3 or Gen4 G17 locking block in the Nomad 9F frame. Additionally, do not attempt to run a Gen3 or Gen4 G17 barrel in conjunction with the Nomad 9F frame. Gen5 G17 barrels must be used.
Note 2: Gen5 ambidextrous slide stop lever must be used in conjunction with Gen5 trigger shoe. It is recommended that Gen3 and Gen4 slide stop levers be used in conjunction with Gen3/4 trigger shoes.
Note 3: Gen5 trigger pin is recommended to be used in conjunction with Gen5 ambidextrous slide stop lever. This is due to the fact that Gen5 trigger pins have larger”anti-walk”grooves for the thicker Gen5 slide stop lever.
Note 4: All Nomad Defense Co. pistol frames ship with trigger housing pins. It is recommended that the included Nomad Defense pin be used. These pins are the ideal length for our frames.
